The plethora of enticing cuisines and fabulous restaurants makes Dubai a paradise for food lovers. But where does a girl go when she’s low on cash and craving something spicy?

In a concrete jungle like Dubai where the culinary expectations are ever-rising and the   street food culture is barely existent, Bomaby Chowpatty is the place to visit when you are craving some deliciously spicy chaat.
Having spent our morning walking around in Souk Al Wasl amidst an array of colourful scarves and dazzling abayas, my famished friend S and I headed to Bombay Chowpatty in Diera City Centre. With one helping of a masala dosa, one plate of pani puri, one samosa chaat and one bottle of water, all for a grand total of 33 dirhams, we sat down in the foot court, anxious to devour the delicious food in front of us.
