Connecting all foodies in India….
Ibis celebrated the unveiling of the novel avatar of Spice It . It is the hotel’s all day casual dining restaurant . It features a scrumptious buffet and a-la-carte menu that contains Indian and international delicacies with a desi twist . It has been converted from just a restaurant to a gourmet destination for all the food lovers . It has lively and mood lifting decor with bright walls and big lights . The waiters and staff and very amicable and are responsive to specific requirements of all the customers. They are very well aware of the menu unlike waiters at other places . Do ask for their recommendation when you visit it . It offers both luxury and casual dining experience without burning a hole in your pockets . It has hawker stations during buffets which draw their influence from Tibet , Burma and Kolkata . All the international dishes come with a desi twist which is surely going to tease your palates . We ordered carrot and lettuce salad along with baked fish and pita hummus . They all were very fresh and juicy . the pita came with a crispy falafel which lent an amazing texture to the dish . I ordered a papri chaat which was one of the best i\I’ve ever even had and my friend orders lemon rice with chicken gravy . They were fragrant and fantastic . We also ordered tacos with crisps and dal makhni with stuffed naan , which came with masala raita . The tacos were bite sized and had a healthy twist to them , while dal makhni was delectable . We ended our meal with a milk cake deset which had a crispy base and Parle-G cheesecake . They both were not overpoweringly sweet and were perfectly balanced and smooth . The staff also gifted us some Spice It goodies and the manager too was very polite and considerate . I am surely looking forward to visit it again soon . To all the people who love food and fun- Spice It is the place to be .
