Connecting all foodies in India….
Rangla Punjab, which means the different colors of Punjab, and when anyone says Punjab two most important things comes to mind imminently, first, hospitality with immense happiness and secondly and most important food, that to North Indian typical Punjabi Tadka food which is only in Punjab.
Like no other place, a perfect blend of beauty, greenery, freshness and authentic taste, the only land that gives the smell of Purity with the sense of closeness to your heart. And when you talk about Punjab then, Punjab Grill surely comes on to notch for some peculiar yet, authentic Punjabi food, or rather authenticity towards the cuisine. Also I cant afford to miss the quintessential factor that the executive chef has bought in Delhi only the true Punjab straight from the land of 5 rivers, all the authentic condiments and flavors, I mean not even a single flaw. Punjab Grill brings to you Punjab itself, to your palate and to one’s heart.
Punjab Grill was already there with a lavish existence in Select City Walk, Saket but, with this auspicious occasion of Rangla Punjab, the venue just got doubled as, they now have a very spacious additional venue, which gives the sense and feeling of sitting in sophisticated “Pind”, with all the decor and taste of the food so much making effective the aura of the room and the feeling of the ambiance. Having the dining section in front also, this place has a dim smooth and soothing taste of texture and inevitably the food as it is legendary.
Being vegetarian I constrained myself from the extraordinary taste of all the non vegetarian delicacies on the new menu, and yet I was able to take the call by the very smell of it, and it was very easy to tell as everyone stating the fact that the non veg served was spectacular as the smile which never evaded from their faces is an evident aspect to it. The taste of khoya paneer, official sarso ka saag, Maa choliye di daal, Pulao, makhaane ki kheer, infused jaggery, mango lassi, 3 types of paranthas, baby corn fried, honey and ginger mocktail, shorba, dahi ke kebab, gur ke chawal and what not, I mean even the white makkhan came as a perfect balance to the marvelous taste of the entire meal that was served to us as per the menu. It was relishing and it was very delicious, its a must go, and tempting to a level of every extent.
I was actually thrown back into the memories whenever I use to Punjab, these were the dishes from the purity of that land and also the welcome drink, Kanjhi, which is very eccentric and unique in taste.
Enjoyed every second thoroughly, and cant wait to visit this venue again.
