One of my favorite is low fat Sandesh. This is Bengoli sweets, tasty and very easy to make.
Low fat paneer – 250 gms
Sugar / Sugar substitute– 5 tea spoon, You can use less sugar if you can.
Mash paneer and mix it in a grinder for few minutes.
Remove on a plate, mix powder sugar / sugar substitute and kneed.
Divide into small balls and give shape of peda.
This sweet can help you meet your protein requirement.
Caution – Do not eat lots of Sandesh in a day. You can check with your dietitian how much you can have.
