Think olive and the green fruit conjures up images of good health and good living. But when you think Olive in Delhi, images of the white décor, pebbled ground, well lit garden seating and oodles of sophisticated art and arty people eating some really well cooked out-of-the-world cuisine flash before the eyes. And the summer menu doesn’t disappoint. Full of light sea food, lots of green, fruits and fresh dips, it comes dressed in style, thank to Chef de cuisine Chef Sujan S. and Chef Dhruv Oberoi.
