I happened to attend the book launch of the famous Leena Mogre who surely does not need any introduction. A versatile lady and a sweetheart too. She welcomed everyone with warmth.
The event then started with a movie video showcasing her celeb clients speaking about her and her Fitness Centres.
Then her beloved son Arjun took over and gave an introduction of his dear mom, does a mother need a better introduction then by her own son. Genuine words were spoken and with that came the Diva cum Author of the evening the pretty lively talented Leena Mogre.
She gave us an insight of her Fitness World. She narrated how she got into this career. How her mother encouraged her to join the SVT College of Home Science and pursue Nutrition. All her true friends who have been a part of her journey were present.
Mr. Vithal Kamat being one of them told us how she began her career by starting an aerobic class in his club at Vile Parle. It wasn’t just the glam world of entertainment but also the intellectual world of doctors who were a part of this event, a few being Candice Pinto, Neeta Lulla, Bharat Dabholkar, Anita Hassanandani, Dr. Rishma Dhillon Pai.
Well well now lets come to the part, we all have been waiting for Leena Mogre’s first ever celebrity client the very beautiful stunning and evergreen as ever Mrs. Madhuri Dixit Nene. Looking gorgeous in a black knee length dress she definitely took our hearts away.
She did the honours of launching “The Total Fitness The Leena Mogre Way” and even advised us that “Health is the most important thing and everyone should work out atleast for an hour”. She told us how she met Leena, she adviced us to buy this book as this will surely get us to the way to fitness. It was an event of Fitness, Friends and Frolic.

Its not like a big fat book, its precise and to the point, it tells us how important it is to work out in a right way and even guides us how to diet in a proper way.
