Centuries ago, our ancestor discovered wheat and made it our staple diet, it still is, but, in this day and age it has been crossed bread and modified umpteen numbers of times, purely for cosmetic purpose, thus losing the benefits it has to offer.It is modified to make it look whiter, prettier and more shiny to please the eye. Due to this extra processing, wheat is no way performing the same way it is supposed to, in its natural state.
I am a very firm believer in consuming things in its natural state. Thankfully, there are still few things in nature which are available to us in its pure form, intact with all its natural benefits.
