Tues 3rd March 2015: Fruit Tartlets, Version 2

My second attempt at fruit tartlets and this time, I have to say, I think I nailed them.

They were better because a) I didn’t overcook the pastry, b) I piped the creme patissiere instead of just dumping it in with a spoon and c) I dispensed with the glaze and simply used icing sugar which was much easier and looks better.
