1.Wash and soak moong dal for an hour.
2. Wash and chop spinach coarsly.
3. In a pressure cooker heat oil and fry onion until transparent.
4. Add dal,salt,red chili powder and coriander powder. Stir fry for a couple if minutes. Add spinach and one cup water to cook until tender and dry.
5. When cooking in a pan more water will be required.
6. Mash well,add yoghurt. Return to heat and cook further for two to three minutes.
7. Let the dal cool, and enjoy!
